Price Book / Comparison / Inventory / Stockpile

Pricebook - Helps compare prices , track inventory & Compute prices after coupon , even tells you where you stored it.
I created this spreadsheet to compare prices , print a grocery list based on best sale items & control and monitor inventory. Click the screen shots to see full size .

How to Use : Enter the date , Choose an Item Category , and choose an Item , Enter the Qty / Count , Enter the prices at various stores (Edit Store names to reflect YOUR stores) , Enter coupon & Inventory Data . DO not Edit Orange Rows , as they use formula's to automatically update .

Use the Filter function to narrow your view to current or past dates , Use 6 Week Sales tracker after you have 6 weeks worth of data to predict sales dates. (a different worksheet) , Use various filter functions to narrow the list to the items you want & print.

Change Categories  , or add Items to Categories from The Category Data Sheet , Choose to hide colums as needed. (I often Hide Columns when entering Data so I don't accidentally enter sales data for the wrong store. (Example when I enter data for super 1 , i hide all columns for other stores. I also often hide unit price for easy of data entry.)

I often Use filter function to narrow the range of data I see by Date , Category , Item or weather I need it [x in List Column]. I add different package sizes as different Items and later compare Unit Price to choose which I want to add to list. (is it cheaper to buy the 10 lb bag vs the 3lb bag ?)

I know it seems a bit big in file structure , but it works. I will later be adding the 6 weeks sales tracking worksheet to calculate sales date.
